This tent looks a lot better than it is. The tent has been sealed 3 times and it still leaks in the rain. It doesn't take a lot of rain to make it leak either, just a drizzle. I would not recommend this tent to anyone that is serious about camping unless you are going to the desert where it hardley ever rains.

First off, this tent does NOT have 3 rooms. It easily could have dividers and we found similar styles of other brands that do, but this one does not. We bought this tent wanting the 3 rooms but we were so impressed with the durability and heavy-duty materials used for construction, we decided to keep it. None of the other tents we researched even came close to the quality of material.
The set up is something of a hybrid between a dome and cabin tent and very easy. Even the young kids can get involved.
The tent is very spacious inside with an incredible amount of headroom. We slept 2 adults, 3 kids, and a large dog and had plenty of room, even with luggage.
For us, we didn't even have problems with the tent "sweating" but we didn't experience any rain on our trip to know how it holds up against real leaks.

Pros: -Tough floor material, not the polyester stuff.
-Lots and lots of space, with plenty of headroom
-Nice fly
-Lots of little storage spots for all that stuff in your pockets. Nice to have a place to keep a flashlight in reach for those midnight bathroom runs.
-Sturdy. First time I used it we caught the north side of a major storm system, and it barely fluttered. For a tent this big, it was impressive.
Cons: -Seam along middle of side room ceilings, leaks fairly bad. Water tends to collect on top. Definitely needs seam sealer, maybe add a guy line to keep ceiling taut and prevent pooling.
-Not the quickest set up in the world, but that's not really a surprise just by looking at it. Just hope you don't have to set it up trying to beat a T-storm rolling in.
-First one was missing a coupling for the poles. Had to have Amazon ship a whole new tent, which had all the pieces. Great response from Amazon. Originally they wanted me to contact the manufacturer, but that's Chrysler, and considering their recent troubles, do you really think you're going to get that part anytime in the next year? The number they gave me was the main service number for the company. Maybe going to a dealer and trying to order direct that way would work better - assuming there's a dealer to be found near you!
-Both tents had carrying bags that were torn along part of the zipper seam.
-No fly coverage for side or back windows, so in a storm you'll have to close up the flaps, which can make things a bit stuffy.
-Cheap tent pegs, which is typical these days.
All in all, I like it. Every tent is going to leak, so I'm not complaining too much, and with as much room as this one has and considering there's only four of us, we were able to stay in the middle and stay pretty dry. Hopefully the seam sealer will keep the side rooms dry next time. Can't understand why they put that seam right smack in the middle. The only thing that really bugs me is the bag. This is not a small or light tent, so a sturdy bag is a must and it looks like they really cheaped out on that to save costs. All I can say is fold/roll it all up really tight to give the bag some room. Overall, I'd buy this tent again.

According to the manufacturers information this suppose to be a 3 room tent (for privacy). This tent is one big shelter, no walls inside, nmot even dividers. So there is no privacy at all. I had to return this tent and purchase another one, with separate bedrooms.
Amazon is a great place to shop, there was no problem to return the tent and get a refund. Very friendly and helpful people.

i just recieved this tent for my birthday for a 3 day camping trip for memorial weekend. first thing i did was a test set up. very easy setup. could be done with one person if necessay, but easier with two. first thing i noticed after the size was the lack of any dividers. it's large enough for three rooms, and set up that way, but there are no room dividers nor any attachments for such. shouldn't be called a three room tent if it's not seperated. this is why it's only four stars. lots of storage space inside in pockets and loft. also neat little closets on the exterior for shoes and stuff that you want to keep dry, but don't want to bring in the tent itself. i will post an add on review after the trip this weekend.
