I bought this light for a backpacking trip. It worked great, but I will admit that it is heavy for backpacking. Overall the batteries lasted all week and it stayed in place on my tent so it was worth the money.

This light was great for a more intimate tent experience. Not overwhelming. The detachable feature was convenient for focusing the light. Battery lasts longer with this dome style light source. Must have for camping.

I got the coleman tent light and the 25 LED tent light. The coleman puts out very little light.
