This company, Ace Hardware Outlet, not only sent the wrong product (polyester sleeping bags that looked nothing like the cotton-lined ones I ordered) but over the past three months has refused to return my money, even though I promptly returned the bags and insured them. I can prove they received them, and they are still arguing about it. I would not recommend ordering anything from them, ever. They are dishonest and difficult to deal with. I've never had so many problems with a merchant.
