The rain fly is made of waterproof Nylon Tafta (210T). It extends approximately 15" beyond each end of the hammock to provide sufficient cover for hard rain. It attaches to the tree above the hammock with separate lines and can keep the hammock dry in heavy rain. The dimensions of the rain fly are 13' long x 9'9'' wide. This rain fly is designed for any camping hammock and complements the MOS-EXPEDITION. This canopy is designed with attached loops on the underside of the peak for fastening the mosquito hammock netting elastic chords. This prevents rain from dripping down the chords and onto the netting. The rain fly comes with 6 nylon attaching lines and we suggest you use a Sheet Bend to attach the lines to the Rain Fly. Why the rectangular rain sheet shape? This Fly attaches with 2 points to the tree and 4 to the ground) rather than the diamond fly sheet with 4 attach points - 2 to the tree and 2 to the ground). You have more options with the regular shape. When the weather turns cold, a cold breeze (more like a wind) comes in from the right or left can decrease the temperature in the hammock. With a rectangle tarp, the 2 layers of nylon completely blocked the wind and you are better able to sleep in comfort. Also, in a bad storm you can really close yourself in tight with the regular shape. In good weather open it up and have a good sun shade. Lower it for privacy while changing, etc.

This size is great for small children I have a 2 year old, 3 year old and 5 year old that jump on this. It is about 3 feet off the ground so they can climb on and off easily. I don't have to worry about broken arms etc because there is not much room to fall off. Also the tramp is attached with thick nylon not springs so they can not jump 5 feet in the air.

I thought this cover needed a bit of help. So I also used tie downs to hold in during our windy days. Went to Wal Mart and bought a GIANT ball for a few bucks and put it between the cover and the trampoline. Water rolls off now. Just a suggestion :0)

This is the perfect size for preschool and young school-age children. Our kids, 2 and 7, enjoy it almost daily after having it for a year so far. The trampoline cover doesn't work if the net enclosure is on, so don't bother getting the cover. Get the net for safety, especially since this is mainly for younger kids.

It's small for older kids or gymnasts, but our little family of 4 has nice jumping/bouncing parties together. It was a big hit at my daughter's 6th birthday party, where it became a fairy flight school, and at my son's 2nd birthday party, where it became Mickey Mouse's Bounce House.
